If you enjoy sales work (finding, starting, and maintaining conversations), you’re either familiar with skilled trade businesses, digital marketing concepts, or both, and you’re motivated by the idea of equity in a small company, we should talk.
You will have constant access to our team and transparency into our processes and projects.
While each team member communicates with each client regularly, you CREATE conversations, and we’re ready to support that however we can.
Work from wherever you want, whenever you want, however you want. You fit if you’re:

- A Sales Vet with an existing rolodex

Conversation Touches and New Clients are the only scorecard metrics you are accountable for.
We look at those numbers each week.
Compensation – Equity and Commission with Salary as we grow
5% Equity Available (Gained over time with performance)
20% Gross Profit per Signed Client for the client’s first 12 months, then 5% for 12 more months
(average sale yields $350 per month for 12 months or $4,200 for the year)
More Leads Online is a recently formed digital marketing company who is specifically interested in serving skilled trades and home services companies such as:
- Landscaping and Hardscaping
- Residential/Commercial Cleaners
- Pool Installation, Supply, Repair
We also serve several companies in other industries but they are not our primary focus.
Our team provides Web Design, Search Engine Optimization, Paid Ads management, and Consulting.
We have years of experience in the industry, including prior agency experience.
We have a general bias towards WordPress in website development, but work with other CMS platforms.
If you’ve been in the trades or marketing world for a while, you’ll know what I mean when I say several of our clients are old Dex clients. We’ve literally written a guide on how to “rescue” a client from DexYP
We are a Traction Tools company, with carefully documented processes for our work.
We currently service a dozen clients on a monthly recurring model.
We’d like to grow to 44 clients over the next 36 months.
